Question: What happened to CSGO matchmaking?

Three years after going free-to-play, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is revoking its free path to Prime matchmaking, as well as the drops, ranks, and skill groups that come with it. New players will now have to buy the Prime status upgrade from the Steam store for $15, Valve announced.

What happened to CSGO?

At around midnight in the US on March 9, CS:GO was removed from the Steam store. A couple of games like, er, Paws and Claws: Pet Vet and Section 8: Prejudice were removed at the same time, as were DLC packs for everything from Fallout: New Vegas to Black Desert Online.

Can my PC handle CS:GO?

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS GO) will run on PC system with Windows® 7/Vista/XP and upwards. Additionally it has Mac and Linux versions.
